ChaseData
Corporation Introduces Generation 3 Fort
Lauderdale, FL JANUARY 8, 2001
ChaseData
Corporation introduces Generation 3 technology in the newest upgrade of
PowerStation 2, their vanguard predictive dialing product. PowerStation
2 is revamped management module includes a set of new solutions tools
that enable management to view and manipulate call center data on location
and at remote locations via the Internet. The new architecture also allows
sales organizations (mortgage, home improvement, insurance, etc.) to
outfit field sales representatives with laptops and other portable devices
that are able to interact with the lead source and other databases in the
call center regardless of geographic distance. Generation
three call center technologies promise previously unheard of access and
management flexibility. PowerStation 2 allows management to decentralize
day to day operational tasks such as reporting, monitoring and lead
management by distributing these functions across a number of network
configurations: LAN, WAN and Internet. The system also allows remote users
to utilize a proprietary encrypted Internet connection to append, query
and interact with custom applications on the dialer.
The
system was developed for a large client with a substantial sales force.
They required a solution that would enable their door-to-door sales
representatives to submit data and have telemarketing reps set
appointments from the same lead source. Our solution encompasses the
stated objectives while giving management a new level of geographic
flexibility said Jerry Delince (Public Relations). The
revamped management module allows lead databases to be stored anywhere on
the network. Likewise call centers can take advantage of the decentralized
management architecture by dialing from multiple databases across wide
geographic spaces. Alpha testing in August of 2000 showed that a 48
station call center in Miami was able to dial from a 500K lead SQL
database in the Anaheim California offices of a ChaseData Client. Using
high speed dedicated connections there is no degradation in functionality. Management
stations will ship this summer with a laptop option on the Enterprise
Level installations of the product standard. Likewise all enterprise
installations have the option of ordering laptop client stations as well.
This signals a move towards providing clients with the ability to access
the data utilized by the call center bilaterally.
We
want all of our clients to have the ultimate in power and efficiency and
in the competitive telecom marketplace that means having the flexibility
to work the way you choose. Said Ahmed Macklai (President) A
number of new installations are slated to exploit these new advances.
Clients are incorporating PowerStation 2 as a last mile solution by
placing call centers within heavily dialed area codes and effectively
by-passing long distance carrier rates. A number of interpersonal
(door-to-door) sales organizations in the insurance, mortgage and home
improvement industries have also scheduled upgrades and new installations
to take advantage of the new features. Predictive Dialers | Outbound Telemarketing | Call Center Equipment | Call Center Solutions contact information:
